Where to Find Disney Animal Kingdom Coupons and Discounts?
While is it difficult to find an actual clippable coupon for money off tickets or food at
any of the Disney World parks, there are still ways that you can save money.
- If you are going to be taking a Disney World vacation, it is good to note that it
gets cheaper per day the longer that you stay there. Therefore, it is cheaper to
take one long vacation, then two short ones.
About Animal Kingdom
Disney’s Animal Kingdom is part of Walt Disney World Resort. You can visit the Animal
Kingdom as part of your trip to Disney World or you can just visit the Animal Kingdom
by itself. Disney’s Animal Kingdom in Florida is a fully accredited zoo by the
Association of Zoos and Aquariums. However, it is also a theme park that has rides
and other exhibits. Animal Kingdom is home to over 1,700 animals in the 500 acres of

Oasis, part of the main entrance, contains exhibits of Parma wallaby, tree kangaroo,
giant anteater, sloth, Chinese deer and exotic birds on a walking trail.
Admission for Animal Kingdom is $94 for ages 10 and up and $88 for ages 3-9.
- Active and retired Military can receive discounts on Military Promotional tickets
with a valid military ID.
- Corporate discounts are available. If the company you work for is a major
corporate sponsor at Walt Disney World, ask Human Resources if discounted
tickets are available.
- Some Wal-Marts in Florida have a ticket center that sells discounted Multi-day
Disney World tickets. You must purchase them in person. The Wal-Marts are at
444 West Vine Street and 3250 Vineland Road in Kissimmee and 8101 South John
Young Parkway and 8990 Turkey Lake Road in Orlando.
- If you are part of the Disney Vacation Club, you can receive discounts on annual

- Disney sometimes offers special donation programs. Such as, if you offer a
donation to the Florida Hospitals for Children, you will receive a package of
items that include a one day Disney ticket.
- Certain times of the year, the Florida attraction will offer either discounts or
extra perks with ticket/hotel packages. These tend to be after school starts to
the end of the year but NOT during holidays.
- You can save a lot of money on rooming by simply staying outside of Disney.
Many hotels are part of Disney’s Good Neighbor program and offer free shuttles
into the Various Disney Parks. Some also offer discounted Disney tickets or
tickets to other Orlando attractions if you room with them. However, always
ask to see the tickets before you purchase them, as some shoddy hotels are
offering already used tickets. Be sure to check other hotels that aren’t part of
the Good Neighbor program, as at times other hotels offer a better quality hotel
for a cheaper rate.
- If you like camping, check out Camp Wilderness. The camping sites have the
best rates in Disney World and you can have 10 people on a campsite. Plus you
get all the regular Disney perks!
- Some cheaper places to eat at in Animal Kingdom are: Flame Tree Barbecue,
Pizzafari ,(Discovery Island) Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery, (Africa) Anandupur

- If you are planning on going for many days or often throughout the year, you
should check out one of the yearly passes that Disney has available. Passes
provide unlimited admission into the parks and these are usually cheaper then
paying a one-day admission repeatedly. They range from a basic pass for just the
parks to more expensive passes that can include the water parks and
DisneyQuest. There is also a Florida Residents Pass.
