The Audubon Zoo has a number of special exhibits.  One of these exhibits is the Louisiana Swamp Exhibit,

Alligator feedings and activities allow an up-close experience of the exhibit.  Two other exhibits, Discovery
Walk and Embraceable Zoo, offers guests the opportunity to touch and have close encounters with the
animals of these exhibits.  On weekends, guests can be involved in feeding the birds during the Bug Toss
held in the afternoon at the Audubon Aviary.  Don't forget to see the white tigers!

The Audubon Zoo also has a splash park called Cool Zoo.  This area includes jumping waterspouts, a water
slide, water-spitting snakes and soakers.  It has three different splash zones with one reserved for toddlers
and younger children.  The cost for Cool Zoo is $7 for non-members and $5 for Audubon members.
Wristbands are purchased at the front gate or at the Carousel ticket booth.
