It is owned by Darden Restaurants and the headquarters are in Orlando, Florida. The first Bahama Breeze opened in
Orlando Florida in 1996 and since then they have opened 25 more restaurants nation wide. Nearly every decoration in
every Bahama Breeze was custom made and is exclusive to that particular Bahama Breeze.

feeling of a beach getaway. The Bahama Breeze menu includes familiar choices such as seafood, steak and chicken
but with a Caribbean or Latin twist. Their dishes are accented with colorful and flavorful side dishes and
ingredients. They also offer a Fresh Fish menu. Bahama Breeze is always updating their menu to keep up with the
ever-changing tastes of their guests.
Bahama Breeze is also willing to cooperate with guests who are Vegetarian or Vegan, so just speak to your server
about altering dishes to suit your tastes. You can also inform your Server if someone at the table has an allergy and
they will try to accommodate you.

other Caribbean themes to keep you relaxed. If you are going at a busy time, Bahama Breeze offers Call Ahead
